Ingredients

  • 1 orange (peeled)

  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper

  • 1-inch fresh turmeric root

  • 1-inch ginger root

  • 1/4 cup pineapple

Directions

  • Peel your orange (slice if your juicer calls for it).
  • wash the carrot, yellow bell pepper, (optional, slice the bell pepper and carrot)
  • Cut off the pineapple skin and cut into chunks or slices
  • Cut the fresh turmeric and ginger root
  • Add your orange, pineapple chunks, and bell peppers to your juicer. Its best to do this one at a time.
