Ingredients
1 orange (peeled)
1 carrot
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1-inch fresh turmeric root
1-inch ginger root
1/4 cup pineapple
Directions
- Peel your orange (slice if your juicer calls for it).
- wash the carrot, yellow bell pepper, (optional, slice the bell pepper and carrot)
- Cut off the pineapple skin and cut into chunks or slices
- Cut the fresh turmeric and ginger root
- Add your orange, pineapple chunks, and bell peppers to your juicer. Its best to do this one at a time.
