The Beet Berry Detox juice is one of my favorites to drink. At the apple and the strawberry really took over this recipe for me. It also added the perfect taste of sweetness.
This recipe is called for one of every ingredient because its for one person, but if you are making this for more people, increase the amount of apples and strawberries and add…maybe…two beets. This juice is great for kidneys.

what made me think of the berry beet detox juice is because, I usually drink Cranberry juice. You know…the one that’s a well known brand right? 1 Beet ( peeled)
1 cup of Strawberries
1 Apple
Juice of half a lemon
Directions
- Wash produce well
- Slice, chop, etc
- Juice all ingredients. This vibrant juice is loaded with antioxidants and natural sweetness.

To prepare this detox juice, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries ( you can also use whatever berries you prefer)
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- Juice of half a lemon ( my fave are limes though!)
- 1 cup of water ( optional, for blending)
Instructions:
- Prepare your ingredients: Wash all the produce thoroughly. Peel and chop the beet, strawberries, and core the apple.
- Juicer Method: If you have a juicer, feed the beets, strawberries, and apple through the chute. Once everything is juiced, stir in the lemon juice.
- Blender Method: If you are using a blender, combine the beets, strawberries, and apple, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture though a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp. Stir in the goodness.
- Serve and Enjoy: Pour the juice into your favorite glass and serve immediately. Do you taste the flavors? Do you need to adjust some ingredients? Go for it!
